What Happens During Your First Visit
Arrival & Vehicle Review
Your technician arrives at your scheduled location, confirms vehicle details, mileage, and answers any questions before starting service.
Safe Lift & Setup
We use vehicle-safe lifting methods such as drive-up ramps or stabilized stands when needed. This minimizes risk to your underbody and ensures proper access without rushing or cutting corners.
Oil & Filter Replacement
Old oil is fully drained and replaced with manufacturer-recommended oil. An OEM-equivalent filter is installed, and all components are checked before completion.
Preventative Inspection
We perform a visual preventative inspection covering brakes, tires, lights, wipers, fluids, and obvious leaks or safety concerns. This inspection helps catch issues early — before they become expensive repairs.
Clear Results & Transparency
You receive a digital service report outlining what looks good, what should be monitored, and anything that may need attention — without upsells or pressure.
If We Find an Issue
If we notice a pre-existing condition or concern, we’ll explain it clearly. As long as it’s safe to proceed, your oil change will still be completed. Ongoing service eligibility is determined based on vehicle condition and safety.
When a Repair Is Outside Mobile Service Scope
Some repairs require shop equipment or extended labor. If that happens, we’ll help guide you on next steps. In select situations, DriveFair may even contribute toward a shop repair — because doing right by the customer matters.
